This Privacy Policy explains how Agenz Technologies ("we") handles information for Yasmine. It includes disclosures for California residents under the CCPA/CPRA.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, authentication identifiers.
• Workspace data: Slack workspace and channel identifiers you connect.
• Usage metadata: turn counts, token counts, and tool-call counts — not the content of your messages.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

Your Claude account token and conversation content live inside your own isolated environment and are not collected into our central systems.

How we use information

• To provide, secure, and improve the Service.
• To bill paid plans and provide support.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Subprocessors

We share data with service providers listed on our Subprocessors page (e.g., AWS, Stripe, Google/Firebase, MongoDB Atlas, Anthropic, Slack).

Retention

We keep account and usage data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal and operational purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of certain processing. California residents may exercise CCPA/CPRA rights, including the right to know, delete, correct, and to limit use of sensitive personal information. See Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest and per-tenant isolation. See Security.

We operate primarily in the United States. If you are in the EU/UK, contact us for our data-transfer terms (SCCs) and DPA.
